As an Entry Level Events Assistant at PocketLedge in New Jersey, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various company events, such as product launches, corporate gatherings, and team-building activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for event planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Coordination Support : Assist in the planning and organizing of events by coordinating logistics, scheduling, and venue arrangements.
- Vendor and Supplier Management : Work with vendors to arrange supplies, equipment, and services needed for events, ensuring all agreements are within budget and schedule.
- On-Site Event Support : Help set up and take down event spaces, provide on-site support, and ensure that all elements run smoothly during the event.
- Materials Preparation : Prepare event materials such as invitations, programs, signage, and attendee lists.
- Budget Tracking : Assist in managing event budgets by tracking expenses and documenting financials.
- Post-Event Evaluation : Gather feedback and compile reports to assess event success and identify areas for improvement.
