Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in deck building, concrete finishing, hardscaping, and other outdoor construction tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Help with aterial handling, site preparation, and cleanup to keep job sites organized.
- Work with the crew to execute high-quality craftsmanship on each project.
- Learn new skills on the job, including machine operating, siding, and roofing.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or outdoor building is required (but we're willing to train the right person).
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, digging, and mixing concrete.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A go-getter attitude - we want team players who take initiative and work well with others.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills on the job.
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.

Work Schedule & Location:
- Full-time position
- Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
- Job sites throughout the Pocono region, Lehigh and Bethlehem.
