Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and adaptable Substitute Teachers to join our team. Duties
- Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure continuity of instruction.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging participation and engagement in classroom activities.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs of students, including those with special educational requirements.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Communicate effectively with school staff and report any issues or concerns regarding student behavior or academic performance.
Skills
- Strong classroom management abilities to maintain order and foster a conducive learning environment.
