Own growth experiments and help build the repeatable revenue engine at Pocus.
- Work with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop a plan and roadmap on how we’ll hit our pipeline goals.
- Own the outbound experiment roadmap and be the in-house expert on outbound prospecting.
- Quarterback all experiments from ideation to execution. Keep track of results and iterate weekly based on learnings. Share learnings cross-functionally with the broader GTM team and product.
- Own marketing’s most important KPI - pipeline generated and report on this and leading metrics weekly.
- Become a Pocus expert and extract our own best practices for pipe gen to be shared with customers and prospects.
- Talk to customers and evangelize Pocus virtually or at in-person events.
- Channel your creativity to find new ways to hit your goals that may stretch beyond the scope of channels you own. (Want to run a customer referral campaign? or a community event for sales leaders? Try it!)
- 5 year relevant experience in a sales role (SDR/AE), growth, or marketing where you owned a pipeline number and can demonstrate how your specific programs contributed to growth.
- Previous startup experience where you have built zero to one.
- Knowledge and passion for keeping up with the ever-changing GTM landscape. You know and are comfortable using modern GTM tools (like Pocus!), CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce), SEPs (Gong, Outreach), and are always keeping a finger on the pulse of what’s new.
- First principles thinker who can break down problems into their component parts and develop creative solutions.
- Comfortable with analyzing and presenting data on experiments - how are they performing, patterns in ICP, trends in messaging.
- High agency - you like to get things done and can confidently execute without a lot of hand-holding.
- Experience in any of the following demand gen programs:
- ABM or account-based prospecting
- Field marketing/events
- Cold-calling
- Ecosystem marketing/partnerships
- Advanced data analysis skills - comfortable using Metabase or other BI tools
