We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a variety of settings. We are a nicotine vape company.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, marketing and customer interaction, showcasing our products and services while building strong relationships within the community. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and driving customer loyalty.
Duties
- Engage with customers at Smoke and Vape retail shop.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate potential customers about our offerings.
- Collect data on customer interactions and feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Experience
- Sales and Vape experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in event marketing or as a Brand Ambassador is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse audiences.
- Strong background in customer service, sales, or marketing is a bonus.
- Excellent speaking and social skills with the ability to engage an audience effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about products and sharing knowledge with others.
