Pod Talent are seeking an exceptional Head of Procurement, Asia Pacific for a multinational client who are going through a substantial transformation journey. This is an excellent leadership role, offering a unique opportunity to build and transform procurement strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic market. Reporting directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, you will have substantial leadership responsibility and ability to make impact from day one.

About the Role

As the Head of Procurement, Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for developing and executing best-in-class procurement strategies for both Direct and Indirects . You will lead procurement transformation, drive cost efficiencies, and create value across the business. This role requires a visionary leader who can build and develop high-performing teams while fostering strong supplier relationships and aligning procurement with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy for the Asia Pacific region, covering both direct and indirect procurement categories.
• Lead procurement transformation initiatives , driving innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Build and develop a high-performing regional procurement team , fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Establish and manage key supplier relationships, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and risk mitigation.
• Align procurement objectives with the company’s broader business strategy, ensuring long-term value creation.
