This is a full-time, in-office position located in Indianapolis, IN.

About the role :
audiochuck is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is a quick learner, meticulously organized, and excels at moving project details along. Our ideal candidate is a thorough, efficient self-starter with the ability to successfully handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. This role would support the marketing department with various projects activations across audiochuck’s network of shows brands.
What this role will bring to the table :
Expertise in tactical execution of marketing responsibilities
Proven ability to write exceptional copy and clearly communicate CTAs
Ability to communicate effectively between internal and external teams build necessary resources to do so efficiently
Detail oriented and organized
Proven ability to balance multiple projects project responsibilities
Experience in managing deadlines for more than one project at a time
Willingness to learn quickly and jump headfirst into new things
Understanding of marketing initiatives and how to efficiently communicate
What you’ll do :
Support marketing team in executing campaigns
Create assets that provide an overview of marketing initiatives to communicate key information to different teams
Coordinate new material creation for promotional material activations
Work with internal external teams to keep marketing projects moving by facilitating assets and deliverables
Assist with writing copy for various different platforms including but not limited to audio promotion, email, and SMSmessages
Implement process for tracking deadlines tasks for marketing initiatives
Organize and manage the storing access of important files for marketing department
Manage various marketing related inboxes by fielding inquiries and distributing to the right teams
Identify areas of opportunity in the ad space and make recommendations to marketing team
Keep a finger on the pulse of marketing campaigns, entertainment industry, and emerging trends
