We are looking for a full-time Human Resources Assistant at our Greenwood-Indianapolis administrative office.
Responsibilities
- Update and manage staff excel-sheets
- Build in new staff members into our pay system
- Process requests for time off
- Manage confidentiality at all times
- Help assist and process benefits and payroll
- Send off payroll to staffing agencies as needed
- Monitor payroll for agency members and send invoices to proper places
- Manage emails and phone calls amongst 10 office locations
Qualifications
We would like this person to have an administrative background. We would like for someone to have 5 years in administration and someone who will excel in confidentiality. The perfect fit will have at least the years of experience or an Associates in Administration.
You will need to be able to communicate efficiently and effectively not just with myself but with all in the practice.
