The Role
We are looking to hire a Compensation Analyst to join our growing team at Podium. In this role, you will play a key role in executing our total rewards programs and people ops data reporting to drive Podium's business objectives. In addition, you will have considerable opportunities to be a key contributor on several people operations initiatives and serve as a cross-functional business partner.
What you will be doing :
- Salary Surveys and Analysis :
Work with the People Team to evaluate and classify roles within the organization based on job responsibilities, market data, and internal equity considerations
Guide People Ops and managers on compensation-related matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies (e.g., reviewing internal movement offers).
