The Enterprise Integration Specialist is a critical player in a program that is key to our long-term success. We need someone who can coordinate the successful set up of direct integrations between Podium and enterprise client's system(s).
What you will be doing :
- You will coordinate standard and custom integration projects for Podium and our commercial, enterprise and strategic clients.
- You will scope out and plan projects with strategic clients, ensuring that they are set up for long-term success and scalability.
- You will be comfortable configuring API settings and managing a work queue alongside Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
- You will support our strategic clients with Enterprise Onboarders and Customer Success Managers (CSMs). The integrations you complete are key components in the overall success plan for the clients they manage.
- You will solve integration issues. Technical and process issues may arise during the initial integration or as dependent platforms change. You will troubleshoot and solve these problems.
- You will work and partner with internal departments such as Engineering (EPD), Integrations Support, Technical Product Support, Customer Success and Solutions.
- You will serve as an integrations expert across Podium and share customer needs for automations to continually improve the integrations and automations we offer.
- You will maintain high quality documentation of the clients integrations that we set up, as well as update any existing client workbooks / SOPs.
- You will be explaining technical documentation, such as the Developer API Portal or custom API's options, to enterprise clients that comprise both non-technical and technical audiences.
