We are seeking an Associate Partner Manager, Automotive OEM Partnerships to join our growing Partnerships team. This role will play a key part in supporting and expanding relationships with partners in the Automotive industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-focused, and operates with a results-driven mindset. This role requires a team player who can collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue growth, execute partner initiatives, and optimize partner engagement.
What you will be doing:
- Support Partner Relationships: Work with key partners to drive revenue growth and maximize engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to enable partner success.
- Deliverable/Action Item Tracking: Own partner deliverables/action items at recurring partner meetings to ensure Podium is in good standing and accounts are growing.
- Event Planning & Execution: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and coordinate partner events and engagement strategies.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on Automotive industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging opportunities.
- Travel & Field Support: Be available to travel quarterly to support partner/field events.
- Partner Enablement & Training: Provide training for partner field teams to drive partner referrals and optimize performance.
- Project Management: Support and/or own product launch activities to ensure revenue growth within partner dealer networks.
What you should have:
- Experience: 1-3 years in partnerships, business development, project management, or sales, preferably within the Automotive industry.
- Relationship Building: Strong ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze opportunities and solve problems effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with internal teams to support partner initiatives.
- Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: A proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to progress their career within business development and sales strategy.
- Communication Skills: Ability to present and speak confidently to small to medium-sized groups.

- Experience working within the Automotive industry or adjacent sectors.
- Understanding of OEM programs, auto dealerships, or the automotive dealer technology space
