Hospitality, sales, and/or customer service experience is required; this is a mostly non-technical or engineering position, so audio/editing/video experience is a plus but not necessary. Creativity, imagination, and active social media presence...encouraged! A passion for podcasts and podcasting...mandatory!
1. Handle all front-of-the-house (scheduling, guest bookings, episodes releases, new podcaster on-boarding) of current clients
2. Conduct consultations and tours for prospective podcasters
3. Community outreach and follow-up on leads for prospective clients
4. Plan and oversee special events, podcaster celebration, and monthly mixers
5. Coordinate with Chamber of Commerce and local community/businesses on partnerships and strategic opportunities
Qualifications:
· Highschool Diploma or equivalent work experience.
· Proven experience in podcast production, including hands-on experience with recording equipment and editing software.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide creative professionals.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate effectively.
· Technical proficiency in audio recording, editing, and sound design.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· A passion for storytelling, content creation, and a deep understanding of audience engagement.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced production environment.
