JOB SUMMARY
The Analyst II- Risk Management supports all aspects of the corporate enterprise-wide risk management and insurance program, including analyzing and reporting loss data, compilation of underwriting information, and claims administration support.
This role analyzes the Insurance and Enterprise Risk Profile of an organization to provide optimum coverage, costs, and claim settlements. Collects, classifies, and analyzes data from multiple sources such as audits, claims, renewals, financial reporting, and surveys. Creates risk forecasting models and reporting using business intelligence tools. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting and processing of all policy audits, payments, claims, and renewals. Supports loss prevention and safety initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assists with gathering internal documentation for insurance renewals and supporting the renewal process.
· Coordinate with insurance providers to process policy endorsements and other policy related transactions.
· Track and analyze claims data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for risk improvement.
· Create reports and dashboards using the Risk Management Information System (RMIS) for internal stakeholders.
· Assist in maintaining the risk management budget and administration of invoices.
· Assist with the preparation of Enterprise Risk Management surveys, questionnaires, heat maps, etc.
· Work with the insurance brokerage service to issue Certificates of Insurance (COI’s) as needed.
· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

· Reports the Director of Risk Management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Finance, Business Administration, predictive analytics, or a related field, or similar proven experience in a Corporate Risk Management Department or Commercial Insurance Brokerage (as equivalency for degree).
· 2 - 4 years of professional experience required.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills required.
· Advanced Power BI Skills a plus Intermediate Skills required.
