What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Media Manager position at PODS?
JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Media Manager will be responsible for managing a multimillion-dollar budget across digital media channels. The successful candidate will be a data driven individual with a track record of improving campaign performance by using analytics to inform optimization and testing decision-making.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for day-to-day management of digital advertising channels, including by not limited to Online Video, Paid Social and Online Display and SEM
- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Accountable for key KPIs including CPQ, CPO, CPV, and ROAS
- Work with agency partner to continually improve performance of digital channels, through optimization and regular testing of creative, targeting, messaging, etc.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
- Leverages digital media methodologies and tools required to deliver efficient and profitable digital marketing campaigns while balancing business needs
- Work with multiple agency partners to balance SEM and SEO channels to drive incremental volume across Branded and Non-Branded keywords
- Work cross functionally with the product, creative, brand, and other teams to implement and optimize integrated campaigns that deliver against business goals
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital channels
- Support vendor relationships, such as Meta, Pinterest, and Google
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
