This role is required ONSITE at PODS corporate center in Clearwater, FL (Monday – Thursday, Friday Remote.) In-office presence is important for cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment. In addition, function as mentor to those on the team who need assistance in growing their skills.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform technical design and lead technical design teams for new applications or enhancements to current applications
- Perform development of new applications or enhancements to current applications
- Lead technical teams through development efforts, including assigning tasks, monitoring development efforts, and performing code reviews
- Participate in performance appraisals and disciplinary actions for Software Engineers, in conjunction with the Senior Manager, Software Development.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing applications
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
