Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a strong understanding of inside sales techniques, territory management, and the ability to conduct product demonstrations. Proficiency in Salesforce and the ability to negotiate effectively are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer profile, and maintaining sales performance.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure management is involved in all sales transactions.
- Perform proper delivery to include a full walk around of vehicle.
- Introduce all clients to parts and service area.
- Must have valid Drivers License with 3 years driving history.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
