A P&C Insurance brokerage is seeking a skilled Account Executive.
This position will oversee renewals and ensure client accounts are properly administered.
Responsibilities:
Track assigned accounts and know when renewals are due.
Conduct detailed research into client's existing policies as well as any changes that might have occurred throughout the coverage period.
Communicate with insurance carriers and conduct research to locate and determine ideal coverage options for client's needs.
Keep track of industry requirements and changes, including all applicable legal policies.
Communicate with clients and brief them on best renewal options, discuss any changes that they might benefit by implementing or are required to implement due to legal or industry changes, and address any inquiries they might have.
Ensure clients are satisfied.
Administer all processes related to renewals in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
P&C insurance knowledge and experience.
Ability to conduct comprehensive research and analyze data effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Problem solving aptitude.
Detail oriented, methodical, and motivated.
Salary: $65K
Location: Upstate, NY
