Responsibilities:Installation & Setup:
Assemble, install, and configure food service machines and related equipment at client locations in the tri-state area.
Perform initial testing to ensure machinery meets operational requirements and functions efficiently.
Maintenance & Repair:
Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal machine performance.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues in machinery.
Replace or upgrade machine components as needed to keep equipment in top working condition.
Decommissioning & Disposal:
Safely disable and remove machinery that is no longer in use.
Ensure proper handling and disposal of parts and components, adhering to company policies and environmental standards.
Customer Support & Communication:
Provide technical support to clients, responding promptly to service requests and ensuring minimal downtime.
Accurately document all maintenance and repair activities for internal records and client communication.
Train clients on the proper operation of machines and troubleshooting techniques to prevent future issues.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities comply with safety protocols and industry regulations.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments at client locations, and follow environmental disposal standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in machinery maintenance, preferably in the food service industry.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address complex technical issues independently.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing work conditions.
