Assist the Team Leader with daily operational duties, focusing on project-related tasks to
streamline workflows.
Assist the team leader by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify quick and
long-term process improvements, facilitating the implementation of these solutions.
Wherever needed, execute the necessary tasks to keep projects running smoothly.
Monitor progress on various initiatives, providing updates and feedback to the Team Leader
and other stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings and workshops to foster alignment and drive project milestones.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, insights, and action items to
support continuous improvement efforts.
Assist the Team Leader in all duties that will allow her to better lead, manage, and hold
accountable, no matter how large or small.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a project coordination or process improvement role.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
