Pogue Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Parts Sales Associate. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts sales process from start to finish. This includes communicating effectively and efficiently with customers regarding parts status, as well as reading and understanding the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts.
Your duties will also include pulling and filling orders from stock, maintaining weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock, and ensuring all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders. Additionally, you will receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.
