Responsibilities:
- Greet all service lane customers as they appear in the department
- Educate and inform customers about their loaner car options
- Introduce the customer to an appropriate service advisor
- Establish a follow-up timeline with the customer
- Follow up with customers to ensure their compliant with loaner car stipulations
