Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly with enthusiasm.
- Obtain customer and vehicle information.
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms/maintenance needs as described by the customer.
- Determine and recommend any vehicle maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history.
- Present an accurate cost estimate for recommended services.
- Receive proper authorization from the customer for services and repairs.
- Establish follow-up time.
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and contact customers regarding any changes in the estimated promise time.
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
- Upon customer picking up their vehicle, review the final invoice to include performed work and associated charges.
- Become a cohesive member of our top-performing team.
Requirements
- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Personal and professional integrity.
- At least one year as an Automotive Service Advisor or sales-related position preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
