Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems, including lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Handle general facility repairs and maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, and minor construction.
Ensure the dealership’s facilities are clean, safe, and in good working order.
Respond promptly to facility-related issues and requests.
Assist with the upkeep of parking lots, grounds, and external areas, including snow removal as needed.
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
Work closely with the management team to address any facility-related concerns.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of building systems, including plumbing and electrical.
Ability to perform general repairs and maintenance tasks (painting, carpentry, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
