Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Reports to: Co-Director

Job Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring effective grant and contract administration, project management, and operational efficiency by tracking deliverables, maintaining compliance, managing data and financial records, identifying process improvements, and supporting decision-making through reporting and analysis by performing the following duties.
Job Duties
Manages the administrative aspects of grants and contracts, ensuring timely submission of deliverables and compliance with funding requirements.
Uses project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) to track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Maintains organized records and documentation for grants, contracts, and administrative processes.
Identifies and mitigates risks or challenges related to program administration and projects.
Collaborates with the finance team to track spending, reconcile budgets, and ensure financial compliance.
Assists in data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
Manages and maintains project-related databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
Identifies trends and patterns in data to support operations analysis and workflow improvements.
Generates reports and insights from project databases to support decision-making and program evaluation, including reports required by grant and contract funders/managers.
Develops and implements workflows to improve efficiency in grant and contract management.
Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements and operational enhancements.
Serves as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and problem resolution.
Gradually assumes responsibility for managing additional grants and contracts.
Contributes to the development and implementation of new departmental initiatives and projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience/Education
A high school diploma or GED is required for this role. In addition to the education requirement, this position requires two years related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be used to satisfy these requirements.
