What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Cycle Counter position at Point Blank Enterprises?
SUMMARY
The Inventory Cycle Counter is responsible for performing cycle count raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods, compiling and maintaining records of quantity and SKU’s on a daily basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Perform cycle counts in all warehouses.
2. Ensure materials are in proper locations.
3. Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to supervisions.
4. Recount of items if needed.
5. Open cartons, bundles, and other containers to count items and/or weigh materials to determine quantity
on hand.
6. Responsible for working according to the company’s safety and quality standards.
7. Maintains a safe and clean work area.
8. Perform other related duties as required and or as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or its Equivalent.
Forklift Certification preferred or willing to learn how to operate a forklift.
Must read, write, and understand Basic English.
Communicate tactfully and effectively with other departments.
Preferred Skills: computer skills, Windows (Word/Excel), previous inventory control, reconciliation and cycle counting experience preferred.
Organized thought process with high attention to detail.
Must be able to perform basic mathematical functions (adding, subtracting, multiplication, and division).
Team working ability. § Must be authorized to work in the USA
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires sitting or standing for a prolonged period of time and lift up to 50lbs.
Required repetitive movements with fingers, hands and arms.
The ability to use a ladder to reach high warehouse shelves.
Must be able to work in a warehouse under high temperatures and dusty.
