Full time Maintenance/Custodial work at an 84 unit oceanfront condominium complex. Duties include maintaining all common areas of the complex including pool area, pavilion, meeting rooms, public restrooms, laundry rooms, painting, light construction. There will be interaction with unit owners and renters.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
