The Fabrication Assembler plays a crucial role in Point Eight Power's manufacturing process, responsible for assembling structural parts of our products with precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Assembly Foreman and 1st Class Assemblers to review drawings and parts lists, ensuring accurate assembly and installation of parts.
- Apply knowledge of materials and parts to maintain seamless production demands, ensuring shop supplies and standard parts are readily available.
- Exhibit expertise in NEMA rating for inside/outside environment conditions, ensuring products meet client specifications.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work area, adhering to company standards.
- Document engineering or fabrication problems, enabling problem resolution and delivery of best-in-class quality.
- Contribute new ideas to supervisors to drive continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of fabrication and manufacturing experience, preferred.
