Job Overview
Our housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining the highest level of cleanliness across two resort properties within walking distance of each other. The condominiums vary in size, ranging from 1-bedroom, 1-bath units to 3-bedroom, 3-bath units, all featuring full-sized living rooms, kitchens, balconies, and some even spanning two stories.
This position requires teamwork, efficiency, and the ability to recognize and act on tasks independently.
Work Schedule:
- Work on Fridays and Sundays is mandatory.
- Additional days are flexible based on availability and business needs.
- Shifts typically range from 6 to 8 hours in the summer months and 4 to 6 hours in the winter, depending on occupancy and workload.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean assigned condominium units and common areas using established housekeeping procedures.
- Replenish kitchenware, toiletries, and other guest supplies.
- Handle laundry, including sorting, washing, folding, and delivering linens.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed according to checklists and best practices.
- Maintain proper use of housekeeping equipment.
- Move furniture when necessary to clean thoroughly.
- Ensure the security of units while cleaning and restrict access to unauthorized individuals.
- Actively participate in maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the resort—including picking up litter or handling small maintenance concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and report any suspicious activity or concerns to management.
- Respond positively to guest feedback and communicate it to your supervisor.
- Other duties as needed, especially during peak business periods or emergencies.
Qualifications
- Takes initiative and works independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to maintain regular, on-time attendance.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 20 lbs, and climbing stairs multiple times per shift.
- Able to clean multiple condominium units across multiple properties within walking distance.
- Maintains a professional attitude and positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Able to follow instructions and communicate effectively with managers, colleagues, and guests.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in extended-stay properties, hotels, resorts, or similar settings is a plus.
- Must speak fluent English for effective communication.
