HR Coordinator - Point Sebago Resort - Casco Maine
Responsibilities
- Helps to monitor the organization's culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
- Manage Point Sebago's full cycle seasonal recruiting and onboarding of all new team members.
- Order Name tags, business cards and other new hire materials as needed.
- Collecting and keeping employee records, which can be confidential, up to date and organized. This includes entering employment data into UKG and updating employee personnel files.
- Fully utilizes Human Resources software to the company's advantage and maintains employee-related databases and records.
- Reviews all I-9 documents and E-verify employment.
- Launch and review background checks for all new hires
- Assist the Sr. HR Generalist with all employee needs
- Recruits and oversees all CIEE team members including employee housing.
- Conducts onboarding of new hires, including offer letter processing, start day coordination, processing benefits and new hire paperwork.
- Supports Payroll, ensuring the proper adherence to payroll policies such as PTO accruals, overtime calculations, and validation of proper employee deductions. Ensures all changes are processed including benefit deductions, hires and terminations, etc.
- Maintains ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates.
- Perform routine administrative tasks to ensure HR processes are completed accurately, and on time, and in accordance with established HR business processes.
- All other duties as needed.
