As an Agile Professional III - SCRUM Master, you'll facilitate teams and the organization to use Agile practices. You'll perform activities such as facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, discussion, and decision making, remove impediments, report metrics, analyze velocity, and radiate information. You will serve as an authority to the Agile Framework and will be implementing new agile teams, while providing recommendations on improving Agile development and best practices. You'll support and educate the Product Owner on refining and maintaining the product backlog, provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style, and guide the team and organization on how to use Agile practices and values. Qualifications You Must Have :
- 3 years of demonstrated experience in Agile Professional role (Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, etc.)
- 3 years of experience in project management and issue tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence or Redmine
- Certification from an industry-recognized certifying organization, specific to roles mentioned above
- Experience with the practical application of Agile methodologies
- Advanced understanding of the project lifecycle (preliminary design through maintenance phases) using Agile principles
