Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Flexible Hours
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position offers flexible hours and days, with a maximum of 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
- Answer phones and contact customers regarding past-due invoices.
- Enter and receive purchase orders in our computer system (training provided).
- Create Return to Vendor (RTV) forms as needed.
- Maintain accurate daily cash logs and handle bank deposits.
- Manage office supplies and reorder items like trash bags, plates, paper towels, and coffee.
- Organize files, documents, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Receive purchase orders into the system.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable making collection calls and following up on invoices.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills; willingness to learn our system.
- Reliable transportation for occasional bank errands.
- Prior administrative experience is a plus but not required.
