**Job Summary**
As a member of the Operational Resiliency & Crisis Management team at Point32Health, the Operational Resiliency Lead will contribute to the development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of operational resiliency capabilities within the Cyber & Information Security department.
About the Role
- Interface with various levels of staff and management throughout the organization to promote operational resiliency efforts, recovery plan maintenance, and education of stakeholders on their roles and responsibilities.
- Support risk assessment, business impact analysis, and business continuity strategies to ensure the organization's ability to prepare for and recover from unplanned events.
- Implement program changes based on defined process improvement opportunities, and lead and assist in quality reviews of business and technical recovery plans with stakeholders.
- Maintain and support operational resiliency awareness and training programs, and lead various tabletop, simulation exercises across the business, technology, vendor, and business stakeholder communities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business continuity and/or disaster recovery.
- Project management certification desired but not required.
