What you’ll do
You will play a crucial role on our Data Analytics team, focusing generating and automating metrics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to source data, produce actionable insights, and create visualizations that help drive business decisions. This role requires a blend of technical prowess and strong analytical skills, along with the ability to work independently and proactively. Specifically, you will :
- Develop and automate key metrics to support business objectives and decision-making processes
- Source, clean, and integrate data from various internal and external sources
- Perform data analysis using statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover insights and trends
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
- Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code in R and Python
- Document processes, methodologies, and code to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and analytics

The annual base salary range for this role is $180,000-$210,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level, among other things.
