The PMRA (Portfolio Manager Reporting and Analysis) Technology Team supports the Finance function which models and manages the Portfolio Manager and Point72 employee compensation process.

The annual base salary range for this role is $180,000-$230,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.

The PMRA (Portfolio Manager Reporting and Analysis) Technology Team supports the Finance function which models and manages the Portfolio Manager and Point72 employee compensation process.
What you’ll do
As the project manager and lead business analyst on a multi-year initiative to build out a new platform to manage employee compensation, you will:
- Manage the project communication plan, deliverables, issues, and inter-team dependencies
- Partner closely with the PMRA team within Finance to understand requirements and translate them into detailed functional design
- Work closely with the Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to ensure business needs are met
- Perform testing and analysis related to project deliverables
- Gather and document user requirements and translate to technical designs and wireframes
- 8 years of experience as a business analyst/project manager
- Experience managing technology project execution using agile project practice and tools
- Experience leading UX and functional design sessions creating wireframes, and documenting expected system behaviors
- Ability to analyze data and query databases
- Knowledge of SQL, data modeling
- Experience with testing, including defining and executing test scripts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with both technical and business counterparts
