What you'll do

- Monitor and maintain the health of our global trading platform to ensure high availability and performance.
- Analyze system performance and implement improvements to optimize trading operations.
- Develop and maintain automation tools to streamline operations and improve system efficiency.
- Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and prevent recurrence.
- Work closely with software engineering, support, and investment professionals to understand requirements and implement reliable solutions.

The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000-$250,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level, among other things.
