PROJECT MANAGER / VENDOR MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
Promote, market, and facilitate the overall sale of products of the bank. Contribute to the bank's growth by the effective sale of bank services to new and existing customers with emphasis on courteous and professional service.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP AND SCOPE
This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Risk Officer.
FLSA STATUS
This position is classified as Exempt under the Administrative Exemption of the FLSA.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Project Manager
- Coordinate activities and information related to assigned projects.
- Liaise with Management and Vendors to monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Make certain that the banks' needs are met as the project evolves.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Manage the training of new products.
- Act as the point of contact for and resolve all issues related to bank technology/software enhancements.
Vendor Management
- Responsible for management of all vendor management and ensuring compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulations. Ensure controls are in place to minimize and prevent risk, liability and loss. Monitor vendor contracts and ensure products are performing to Management's expectations.
- Maintain a productive workflow and work as a member of a professional team.
- Maintain any needed management and efficiency reports. Notify Management of any trends / problems / potential problems / etc. that need to be addressed.
- Work with vendors on new tasks to keep the products and services up to date.
- Troubleshoot and assist employees on any inquiries, customer service issues, etc.
- Ensure that written policies and procedures for all vendor management duties and functions are kept up to date.
- Attend all meetings and complete all training required to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Comply with all applicable Federal and State regulations and guidance associated with the performance of your job function.
- Comply with all applicable BSA/AML/OFAC policies and procedures associated with the performance of your job function, including participation in required training and identifications of suspicious activity.
- Responsible for making suggestions to improve branch/departmental operations and overall bank.
- Perform other duties and assignments within the bank at Management's request; accept periodic cross-training, works in other branches as needed.
