You will be responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing product management team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions
- Enhance and deploy agile and user-centered design principles to create predictability and deliver consistent value to clients
Requirements:
- Confident decision-maker with experience leveraging data and expertise to inform decisions
- Leader with executive presence and high emotional intelligence
- Track record of building new products or re-designing current software in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor's degree in business or relevant equivalent experience
- At least 10 years' experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years in SaaS solutions
- Strongly preferred: experience and/or working knowledge of construction payroll, union payroll, and/or ACA compliance solutions
- Experience working with and gaining adoption for Agile methodology
