This position is for an experienced client service associate/manager (series 7 licensed or unlicensed) with the potential to grow into a Financial Advisor. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
We are a boutique investment firm located in Encino and we serve clients across the country. The role is responsible for daily operations, and identifying and anticipating client, Financial Advisor needs. This is a dynamic role and every day will be different. The assistant must have the ability to problem solve independently using our backoffice and extensive resources and communicate proactively when needing additional guidance.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a smaller but established firm. Your financial and professional advancement within financial services is as limitless as you allow it to be. Your primary responsibilities will be to work as part of a team in supporting a top financial advisor and planner. If you have experience or/and licenses, and the desire to be a producing financial advisor, you may be given some of the large book of clients to manage.

Responsibilities:
· Prioritize daily tasks, track progress of projects and deadlines
· Service client requests (wires, checks, journals, etc.) and maintain necessary records for compliance
· Demonstrate initiative and desire to increase knowledge of rules, regulations and concepts
· Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned or needed
Requirements:
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Superior communications skills, both oral and written; effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
- Industry experience not required but you must be willing to learn
