- Hands-on experience developing and supporting end-to-end Workday Integrations across multiple functions, including Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Finance, and Procurement
- Expertise in Workday Integrations (EIBs, reporting, data transformation, and Workday Studio)
- Strong knowledge of Workday’s security model, business processes, reporting, and configuration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Workday Orchestration, Workday Extend, and Workday Pro Certification preferred but not required
- Consulting experience in the Workday ecosystem is a plus, as is knowledge of SOX compliance
- Ability to monitor, recommend, and optimize the health and performance of Workday Integrations
- Experience in managing system releases, performing impact analysis on new features, testing, and release management
- Ability to lead discussions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the integration deployment process
- Deep knowledge of Workday with a focus on continuous improvement ideas for cost reduction and process efficiency
- Strong communication skills with the ability to assess and recommend new and emerging Workday products and functionality
- Proven ability to manage defects in integration testing cycles and collaborate with the team to resolve issues
- Ability to communicate risks and work with Project/Team Managers to mitigate them
