General Summary
This role will support Client's Media Services department as a Junior Business Analyst by
participating in a functional and technical capacity in all phases of project life cycle and ongoing
support, and maintenance of Client''s MediaCloud. This person continuously gains an understanding
of media supply chain and how systems are used in support of their business workflows.
Responsibilities
● Learns new business domain and media supply chain processes.
● Schedules and coordinates requirements gathering sessions.
● Uses tools and techniques to elicit requirements for projects of low to moderate
complexity.
● Analyzes requirements, creates documents, and contributes to software development
lifecycle.
● Participates in the creation of user stories, test plans, and test scripts.
● Configures software to fulfill business needs.
● Supports on-boarding and training of news users onto the system.
● Adheres to department standards, policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
● Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
● Good analytical and evaluative skills.
● Experience in defining metadata, taxonomy, and related methodologies.
● Knowledge of Microsoft office and collaboration tools.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● Experience in statistics, data analysis, and reporting.
● Ability to adapt to changes and multitask.
● Good interpersonal and time management skills.
● Comfortable working and collaborating with a large team.
● Ability to perform in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
