Job Description
This role is responsible for preparing and processing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions. The ideal candidate will have experience with cash receipts management, fixed asset schedules, and variance analyses. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in identifying and addressing irregularities.
Key Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of this position include:
- Backup support in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Per Capita Functions.
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and record depreciation.
- Conduct variance analyses to identify and address irregularities.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, collaborating with relevant departments as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited institution or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience in cash receipts management, accounts payable, and/or payroll.
