Culinary Service Team Member

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Service Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a positive dining experience by maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food handling and preparation practices comply with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Assist customers with their orders, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Help restock supplies as needed and assist in inventory management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, grocery store, or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and basic food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential.
