To strengthen the success gained, we are looking for a Polyvalent for one of our House.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- You will help the Chef in all the preparation and area of work
- You will fillet fish
- You will cut fresh vegetable, fruits and prepare our sauces
- You will follow the steps for a correct preparation of the rice
- You will check and assess the quality of the products
- You will be responsible for the cleanings and the maintenance of high hygienic standards in the kitchen
- You will check the orders of products for the kitchen and check the DDTs
- You will make thousands of customers happy every day serving poke bowls and other menu items
- You will set up the store and the counter before each service and clean everything after the service
- You will become a master in deliveries, dealing with different operators and handing over your delicious poke to the riders
- You will offer an impeccable service to customers through our “poke experience”
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in food industry and restaurants (preferably fish-based cuisine)
- Knowledge of HACCP procedures
- 1 years of Previous customer service experience in a Bar, Café or Restaurant
- Availability to work 5 to 6 days a week
