Position Overview:
The Office Manager will play a vital role in serving the resort guests and handling daily office operations.
Duties include, but are not limited to: contract renewals, lot showings, billing inquiries, and guest care services.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, customer-focused, and capable of balancing the office management responsibilities, with delivering exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee office operations including: billing, customer service, resort event coordination, and vendor affaires.
- Maintaining office equipment, troubleshooting issues, and outsourcing projects to vendors and contractors as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Providing executive support, including but not limited to: calendar (appointment/meeting) management, travel arrangements, and income/expense tracking.
- Conducting research, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Assisting with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
