Job Summary
Are you energetic, friendly, and love great food? Pokemoto, a fast-casual Hawaiian restaurant, is looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our team! We serve the tastiest poke bowls in a fun and fast-paced environment.
As a team Member, you'll be trained in all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food prep, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and ensure all items are prepared according to company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the TouchBistro POS system for processing transactions and handling cash accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or the culinary field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is a plus.
- Experience with cash handling is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as required by the role.
