Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring food safety standards are met. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations, from food preparation to customer interaction.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions and providing change as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow all health and safety protocols while handling food and operating kitchen equipment.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic knowledge of retail math for handling cash register operations is beneficial.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
• Experience working in a grocery store or kitchen environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
