Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant
- Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Aids in developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Train and develop staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively and promptly.
- Helps coach, counsel and discipline employees
- Coordinate catering events and ensure successful execution
- Contribute to implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new customer and increase sales
- Maintain a positive work environment and foster teamwork and a team environment amongst employees
- Supports staff results by communicating job expectations and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge POS system and other relevant software
- Proven ability to effectively manage shifts and ensure smooth operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- ServSafe Certification required
- Food handling expertise with compliance to regulation
- Catering Coordination skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- In depth understanding of the food industry
Work Hours
Working hours will vary week to week. We are open to the public from 11:00am - 10:00pm Monday through Sunday. Staffing is typically between the hours of 10:00am and 10:00pm with ebb and flow given to accommodate special orders or catering requests. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, and offer modified hours for other major Holidays. Credit Card Tips are split with managment team as well and distibuted through checks. Bi-weekly pay.
