We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and competent Team Member to join our Pokeworks Ohana! You will be responsible for helping the company to achieve its goals and targets. Your duties may include assisting customers and answering their questions, completing necessary cleaning tasks, preparing and following checklists, collaborating with co-workers and management, completing daily tasks, and complying with safety and food regulations at all times.
To excel in this role, you should be passionate about customer service, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be capable of multitasking, and working in a team environment. Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of retail math for transactions and a capability of utilizing POS.
- Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus
