What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Engineer position at POL Aptiv Services Poland S.A.?
Our radar electrical engineering team is made up of passionate professionals who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. We are currently seeking an Electrical/Electronic Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation radars for the automotive industry.
As a member of our radar team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of radars that play a critical role in vehicle perception for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical design, software development, systems engineering, and product validation to bring innovative radar solutions to market.
Major Accountabilities:
Design electronic devices for automotive applications with focus on low-cost, high reliability and high volume manufacturing.
Create design documentation (schematics, PCBs, electrical characteristics, etc.).
Circuit calculations and simulations, validation and tests of prototypes.
On-time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with the quality system valid for Aptiv corporation and Technical Center in Kraków.
Co-operation with local and remote engineering teams.
Active participation in peer reviews.
Follow Electrical Design Process.
Company image building and promotion.
Continuous development of professional qualifications.
Secure confidential information and company’s property.
Qualifications:
Engineering Degree in Electronics or similar
Master Degree in Electronics or similar
Experience in designing and testing digital and analog circuits with particular focus on microcontroller devices, medium power analog circuits and signal measurement
Experience in electronics design for EMI/EMC compliance
Practical skills in CAD and simulation tools
Good English skills (both spoken and written)
Communication skills
Availability if required
Team oriented
Honesty in relation with company, clients and co-operators
