What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Advanced Quality Engineer position at POL Aptiv Services Poland S.A.?
This position requires the ability to work very collaboratively, demonstrate influencing skills and the ability to support programs. The person will need to manage relationships in interdisciplinary environments. This means working with Process, Project and Design Engineers to execute advanced quality activities for new product development and introduction, support customer interface and miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Fixed-term contract until October 2026
Your Role
Work closely with Project Teams and CBU teams to ensure flawless start up of a new business from AQE side.
Actively Participate in kick-off meetings with Advance Purchasing for new projects;
Sampling Approval ( PPAP; PPF): initialize, judge and approve products and processes at suppliers according to requirements ( AIAG, VDA);
Perform Run at Rate (R@R) Audits at suppliers;
Manage supplier changes processing (SSCR);
Support as Supplier Quality Engineer in case of quality complaints during serial phase;
Your Background
Experience of min 1 year of Supplier Quality, Advance Quality, Process Quality or similar in Automotive Industry
Basic knowledge of quality tools (PPAP)
Very good English
Flexibility to travel
Driving license cat. B
Preferred knowledge/skills:
Knowledge of manufacturing, quality and engineering processes
Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements and Automotive Standards (IATF)
